When I first read your post, I leaned over to Jose and asked him why he hadn't told me about empanada night and which saint was it for?!? Then I realized that you're back home right now with family and cooking for them. I think it's a great idea though, unfortunately, Jose is the cook in the family and I still haven't learned how to make much more than beans, lol. Oh well, I have lots of time to learn!
